I have my 1999 SW2 more than 45000 miles from coast to coast and never experienced any wagging. Steady as a rock back there and I observe in the back up camera continuously. On my rig, there is a pretty big difference in the heights of the tow bar connections and so far no issue with that either. I know that adds some stress to the Saturn suspension during braking and accept that.
