Interesting article. Amazing how an RV manufacturer says that they have no control over a dealer if he refuses to repair your rig BUT Keystone says:
"Keystone would not sell the part to Bailey because Brooking Harbor RV is not an “authorized” service center for Keystone RV. The manufacturer’s policy is that its RV dealers are the only firms that can sell the parts when warranty claims are involved.
