The camper that I just sold was a bank repo. I bought it through a used RV dealer out of Ogden. It had a clear title even though Colorado does not require one. The camper was 2 years old when I bought it but had NEVER been used... meaning- it was brand new condition even though an older model. I sold it recently at fair market value for $1000 less than what I paid and got close to 10 years of use. It is not what you sell it for, it is what you buy it for is my mantra.
