There is no way to persue. It was a wire transfer. the receiving account forwarded the funds outside USA. Bank can't do anything. There is no physical location or person they can contact. The BBB told me they have contacted the server hosts explaining that this website was doing ilegal activities, but the company hosting the websites doesn't care because they get paid to do so. I am open to any suggestions you might have on how to persue this...
You can actually report that type of theft to the FBI. I have not looked into it in awhile but I seem to remember a procedure via their website. Search cyber crime or something similar.
