    WHAT ??

If somebody stole money from me, that is the FIRST place I would go.

    BAD advice.
  • By the way, if you ever have any of these problems, the police is not the place to go. I placed a report with the FBI, FTC and BBB.
The BBB is more so if people do a search they can find it, I don't believe they will be able to help on this.

Good point. Most seized and recovered dealers have all sorts of things. It could have been a bank that holds a loan on a Comercial equipment, a car, a boat, an RV, etc.
You have to have a special license to sell them and is a tricky process. The bank just want their money back, and there is a lot of laws regulating it.
For example, Banks are quite careful on how they sell seized units. Example: I did not pay my last motorhome payment in time, I was 1 day late. Let's say I owe $2k in a $100k motorhome. Now if the bank sells it for $60k, I can sue them stating that they could have worked with me instead of taking the unit, but they did it to be able to sell it and make money.
For this type of problems, Banks normally hire someone to take care of it. There are several models, but the banks just wanto their money back, nothing more.

The site used a name of a business that was real, so if you search for it, the will show up as legal. They ask for the 20% down, which is standard for a lien holder to release a repo. Then they cut off all communication.
My post was a warning. If you Google them, everything comes out not too bad. Now my post show up, so at least they will have some warning.

  • They sell RVs. They have a really good setup. The business name from a dealer that no longer exists, so you believe they are legit. Of all the scans I have seen, one of the best ones.
