I got one once from somebody who's first language wasn't English. He wanted to sell me an estate in England as the selling agent, which required 'earnest money'. Even included the name and location of the estate, so I did a little research. It actually exists. Its also currently owned by the umpteenth generation of an English Lord, and it wasn't for sale. I just kept asking for more details until he figured out that the scammer was getting scammed.
