SCAM RV WARRANTY

Worked with Jason Flowers in October 2012 and ended up thinking I had purchased a 5 yr or 50,000 mileMOTORHOME WARRANTY from him.
In October 2013 I received an unsigned letter informing me that our RV WARRANTY could not be accepted. No reason was provided (such as payment not received) and I was directed to contact our selling representative should I have questions or for a refund due me.
I immediately called 800-939-2806 (WHOLESALEWARRANTIES.COM) number given to me by Jason and have notes indicating I talked with Dave Scott. He said the UNSIGNED letter did not come from WHOLESALEWARRANTIES.COM as Jason had indicated and they have turned a copy of it over to their legal department in an effort to find out who sent it and our RV WARRANTY was NOT cancelled.
I accepted his explanation and didn’t zero in on anything being wrong until this week when Dixie RV contacted the Administrative only to be told our “policy” had never been issued.
Prior to providing WHOLESALEWARRANTIES.COM with our credit card information I even called one of the two references he gave me who supposedly was a satisfied customer.
  • There was a couple her doing a scam on dish service that had it set up that you called a 800# and a rep aswered and all that and they took s lot of folks for a great deal of $$$ I think the total was in teh millions and it as all fake. You really have to be careful any more.
  • Jason Flowers has been involved in scam after scam with every extended service contract company he has ever worked with. I and many others got screwed by him and the company he worked for back in 2005. Do a Google search on him and you will be reading for a week.....
  • Googling "Jason Flowers ripoff report" shows complaints going back at least five years.
  • Welcome to the forum.

  • Doing a quick Google search, I found scam info on him back to 2004, and that was not digging. I imagine there is more going back further than that, if one wanted to really do a in depth search. I know he is listed as an F with the San Antonio BBB and Warranty Experts, which is where I got mixed up with him.....
  • The company, Go RV network has filed for bankruptcy in the State of Texas.
  • We were the lucky ones! About a year ago I read that many people that "bought" the warantee's through Jason never had them turned in. RvGo was just the agency, no different then if you bought it at a dealership. When they went BK I immediately called the actual insurance or warantee company. We were indeed covered. In fact I have used the policy twice with no problems. Unfortunately others were not so lucky and there is no guarantee that the warrantee company will be in business for the entire 7 years of the policy. For 1100.00 and since we fulltime in the rig, we thought it was worth the risk.

  • If you paid for something with a credit card and received no product, then you can contact your CC issuer and they will remove the charge.

Doing anything else is a waste of time.
