Yes. The DEA and FDA have made the rules and violation of the rules means your provider loses his or her DEA number and possibly goes to jail. I am on a Schedule 2 drug and the state of Tennessee prohibits me from using Express Scripts to fill the prescription. The reason? They are not a Tennessee located provider and the state keeps tabs on Schedule 2 prescriptions. Since I am a Tennessee resident, my physician is a Tennessee physician, I have to play by their rules or do without medication.
