My son had a ruckus and he got stopped for speeding. The officer didn't like him and said it went to fast for a 49cc and he should get it registered. Long story short he had to get a motorcycle license, which he did.
I have since bought it from him and it is not registered. It has about 6500 miles still runs good but it won't keep up speed on hills. I never take it with the camper, we take pedals bikes and I am looking for an electric one myself.
