Well it seems Nevada does require plates on moped now but no insurance if its under 50 cc and does not exceed 30 mph, but other states require insurance on mopeds, so when traveling out of state with moped I will have a hard time seeing if I am legal or not.

I have a motorcycle licence but was avoiding any extra insurance, so far a fast electric bike looks better..

If I have to have insurance I might as well and get a 200cc bike but than that requires a expensive lift for my motorhome.
