Calif Mopeds can get a permanent TAG one time fee, used too be $15, No drivers license needed

49cc or less (2) stoke engine, NO bicycle pedals, has some other means of starting, has kick start , elec, spring crank etc..
GAS Scooter or motorcycle (4) stroke engine larger than 49cc , requires License in most states
Electric bicycle has pedals limited to 25MPH top speed legally
I used to be heavily into HONDA NoPeds
check the available travel distance on battery power carefully
my preference is FOR gasoline power , its all about the distance, i might want to travel
