"scrubbing on 2015 equinox, new blue ox

Question

My equinox just had a new blue ox system installed 2 days ago.  On slow turns, the tires seem to drag as if they are scrubbing.  The installer put a 12vdc line to the battery on the car so as not to have to pull fuse 32.  He read that you have to pull fuse 16 to allow proper turning.  With the fuse out, it still "scrubbed".  towing on the highway was fine.  Any suggestions?  Thanks, dave

Are you sure you removed #16, and not the row above or below it? It does sound like this might be your issue: "The removal of the ABS fuse is to disable the active return feature of the electric power steering to allow the wheels to steer more freely during tight turns at low speed."

Is your 2015 Equinox a 4 cyl model? Does it have a key ignition or push button? If it has a key what position are you putting the key in when towing, ACC or OFF?
