Never expected this kind of flaming. But I am not surprised by this group. The logic on the Mac Bridge toll doesn't make sense to me either. But neither does the tolling by height thing either, which is what tripped the $5 per axle thing. Not sure I would base the bridge authority on the law either. Not like the toll collector has time to get out and inspect the towbar. I will make sure I have a written statement if it is determined to be legal from the officer as well as the motor carrier enforcement officer which is who he was going to consult further on this.
