Well, that wasn't funny..I am sitting on the outer edge of the Ilwacko Marina, looking at the Columbia River and the USCG trainning Centre and sirens go off...then a loudspeaker kicks in....something about EVACUTE EVACUATE....then the voice...if this had been an actul warning it would be..blah blah blah....geeezus...
