I just googled "Austin, TX RV Storage" and got 231,000 hits. At least one of them must offer what you're looking for. Before I got the building where I store my stuff, I kept my RV at an outside storage facility about 3 miles from home that was easily seen from a busy highway, lit 24/7, surrounded by a 12 foot high barbed wire fence, and had lockable garages for smaller units. Access to the lot was with an individually coded card/ card reader that you typed in at the gate for 24/7 access. As westend said, all you really have to do is make your unit less attractive than somebody else's.
