Come on down to Florida and see all the MH's for sale!!
Retiree's who decided to move permanently to Florida finally getting out of RV'ing and RV'ers passing away from old age flood the market with used RV's.
Supply and demand dictates the price too. When I came down for the winter I figured I'd sell my MH and toad here before I bought the new one. Because it's hard to sell a MH up North during the winter.
What a mistake! The prices are so low on used RV's because there are so many. Had I sold it up North I would have made $30,000+ more.
