With all the HOA's and postage stamp size lots down here paying for secure storage would get tiresome. Especially if you had a monthly payment on the rig too.
I wouldn't own one if I couldn't keep it on my property covered with hook ups. Great benefit around the holidays with the extra bedroom, bath and fridge with house guests.
