According to both my close by RV dealer sales mgrs this is typical when new trailer sales numbers are high.
Lots of folks selling or trading in the old rv and then buying a new one.
One thing about buying a late model used RV is the first owner had to deal with all the warranty related stuff and 'hopefully) maintained the seals do it's not leaking (which is actually pretty easy to ascertain if you know what you are looking for....
Guy across the way just put his pull behind in the front yard for sale. Of course he always kept it outside and never maintained it so it's probably a leaker.
