I'm not sure what your point/issue is either so we are equal; I've never advocated gun abolishment on this thread:h.
As for changing the Constitution...it's a fluid and living document. . The Dred Scott decision was decided in the mid 1800's by the Supreme Court; it was overturned in the 1870's by the legislature. The 18th Amendment only lasted for about 14 years. Got to love a system of checks and balances.
