Serious Trailer Sway at Times

I'm a little confused by that statement BurbMan. It almost sounds like you are saying with the Hensley or ProPride, you can set up without tongue weight.
From a standpoint of how they control sway, I could see the point you are making, but, don't you still need to setup with some percentage of trailer weight as tongue weight, for proper towing operation ?
I have not used either of these hitches, so I have no personal frame of reference with them.
