Thanks for all the responses. I have read all your suggestions and here are my findings/responses:
TV tire pressure is set to max at 80 psi.
TT tire pressure is set to max at 65 psi.
Using a Reese Dual Cam setup with Trunnion Bars 1200/12,000 lbs.
TT is at a slightly nose low level when towing.
Fresh water tank is centered between the two axels.
TV is stock from factory, no upgrades with swaybars, etc.
The only thing left to move up front would be all the clothes and hampers.
I did try adding 2/3 full water to galley grey tank, which boosted the TW to 1100 pounds, but still had issues with clothes in back. I can't express how sore and raw certain fingers felt after driving that distance and (holding on) while traffic/semis passed.
Sometimes, long distance troubleshooting is like stabbing in the dark.
Is hitch ball at the propper angle?
Is it possible, you don't have enough tension on the trunion bars?
Do you have scale weights? (truck alone, truck and trailer with WD, and truck and trailer without WD)
These will tell you how much weight, the trailer is taking off your steering axles, and how much weight the WD hitch is putting back. If TV is too lite on the front end, the slightest hand movement (conscious or not) can move the steering wheel and cause the trailer to wiggle. It also increases the possibility of over steering, also causes the trailer to wiggle.
An alternate to scale weights, would be wheel well measurements (do this on level ground). Measure the height (ground to top of well centered on the axle) of front and rear wheel wells. Do this with truck only, truck and trailer hitched up without trunion bars, and truck and trailer hitched up with trunions bars set to hit the road.
