Are you in a different park with more odorous sewer gas? If you've primed all the traps, replaced the check valves under the fixtures, it may be just sewer gas coming from the lines. Could you be sucking air in from the roof vent somehow? Why not just keep the valve closed and just open every few days to flush the tank. I think it would be better for your holding tank regardless.
Double check the intake valves again under the fixtures, maybe one of the rubber flappers is stuck. Maybe even try taking out the valve and putting in a plug for a few days to isolate the problem.
