It can happen if you jack your trailer by the frame as I did. Really throws out the axle alignment. I also had on that flipped on my boat trailer and all I can attribute it to is a tight turn I had to make pulling out of a lot, running my trailer tires over the curb. Didn't notice it until my tire began to wear unevenly. Really a booger to get back in place.
