EWE gotta be KIDDING on the sheep and goat right? Anyone would think you are QUACKERS!
When the kids were really young, and we had the farm, we had pet duck in house (used to quack like crazy if you left it as a baby in it's box in kitchen and went into another room. Used to sit on hubby's shoulder watching TV at night and loved chasing the vacuum cord, and pecking at the dogs claws. Great pet. We had gammy legged goose (shell broke and so touch damaged it when hatching) again followed hubby everywhere around the place like a dog. Eldest daughter had pet chicken out of 13,000 we had that used to love being rocked to sleep by her. Also had the K' lambs (orphans) we bottle fed that had a wonderful personality, wondered our country roads and always came home at night for supper as they got older = Penny and Tuppence (grand-dad used to call them one penny and two penny)
It's amazing when you experience outside of the societal normal various animals taking on the personalities of their carers. A friend of ours had two rabbits named Cal and Gary, she lived in Calgary so you know where the names came from, she crocheted harnesses and used to walk them up and down her street.
