Sheets for Angled Corner Bunk Mattress

We just took delivery of a KX Connect Spree 250BHS. The bunks have what they call "Teddy Bear"mattresses. I think they are actually made by Lippert They are not rectangle but have one corner that is cut off at about a 45 degree angle.

My question is, does anyone know if there are fitted sheets available for such a mattress or will we need to make our own?

  • I just folder the extra sheet material underneath the mattress. Even with squirmy toddlers, they don't move much. Unless you want military taught, wrapping under should be good enough.

Sheet corner straps such as these should solve whatever problem. In my opinion, even better than making your own because you will not be confined to just one way to put on the sheet and causing wear in one spot, such as what would happen if you make your own.

By the way... the above is just a quick example. They also sell them at Walmart and probably lots of other places.

Thsoe look like they will work...thanks!

  • I have never seen sheets with the angle, but we did find that the knit sheets seemed to conform to whatever angle we needed.
