My favorite refillable butane lighter is a Zippo with a flexible neck. Costs about $15.00-20.00.

Did a little research and found this was the style of matches I prefer by UCO:

Sometimes I can find Diamond kitchen matches in local supermarkets but not that often. And the striker has become too flimsy although a glued on piece of medium grade sandpaper helps.
