Should I get Weight Distribution, Sway Control or Both

I'm close to finalizing a purchase of a 29 foot travel trailer, GVWR of 7700 lbs. The TV is a 2015 F150, with the 3.5 Ecoboost engine and max trailer towing package, with a towing capacity of 10,500 ...

The brand is Husky - not sure which model. My suspicion is it is an add on friction control sway bar, but I'm not sure at this point.
