Should I have base plates professionally installed?

I have a friend who owns a shop and can install my base plates. He's never done it before so I didn't know if I should save the labor cost or if it would be wise to be robbed blind of the labor cost ...

I built and installed base plates on both my 2 different Jeeps.
The hardest part is R&Ring the front bumper/coweling assy.
Both had good U-tube videos of the installations,.....made it a bunch easier.
But overall, it is a rather complex procedure.
