We've done the same thing with the TT. Our floor plan allows access to kitchen and bathroom with the slide in. Use water containers to flush toilet.
Yup if the floorplan allows access, you can do it all while being delayed. water containers? we use the water pump which runs off battery.
OP--one thing for me is I like the 'security' of 'all in one' camper if needed. but I figure for all the times I will be in a 'death situation' would be very very very (if never) real. You do have to leave your vehicle to access a tag along/5ver.
