Should/will Glacier, Teton and Yellowstone open?

We are actively planning for a business Armageddon in Montana. There is a serious potential that Glacier, Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks will not open this year. If Covid19 continues to...

Having worked at Yellowstone and Grand Tetons in the last couple of years, boy, there are no easy answers.
I am just making comment...those parks employ a TON of foreign students on visas! I would think all those summer visas have been cancelled.
Can the park concessionaires fill all those positions from new sources?
