X2. And there is no wet wipedown rag to deal with. WallyWorld and Bed Bath & Beyond have clear handled squeegies that come with a suction hook that are nearly invisable hanging on the shower wall.
DO NOT use magic eraser. It will scratch the surface and in a few years your plastic will look bad. Been and done. Get "The Works" from Dollar General (not the type for toilet cleaning. They also make another kind). It eats up the rusty iron stains from well water without eating up your fiberglass.
Scrubbing Bubbles, but the real thing that keeps shower and deposits around all water faucets from building is our water softener. We've been full time now over 3 years and love our SoftCell water softener..
We use liquid bath soaps etc. Bar soaps leave a film that can become hard to remove. We wipe the shower down while wet with the bath towels we used. We have Dow Foaming Bath Clear or Bubbles or something on board but haven't used it. Also have window cleaner without ammonia. Water is all very filtered that gets into the tank or water lines. So far it looks pristine.
I wipe mine down with towel after every shower. I've never had to heavily clean the side walls and ceiling, spot clean a little.
The floor I use either 409 (spray, let soak, wipe up) or for a real nice look I'll go over it with automotive cleaner wax. The finish on my shower is glossy fiberglass.
But I do think the key is to wipe it down after each shower (or two consecutive showers)
Hi, your going to laugf, but give this a try(works great).Take and ball up some paper towels and dampen them. Now take and put a dab or two of toothpaste on the towls and scrub away, then rince you'll be amazed it really works. Its not abrassive and it also leaves a nice pleasent aroma! Bob;)
This is what I use once a year before we put it away after our winter travels. Works great and does not scratch. Makes easy work out of any hard water and scum.
