I would go to a shop that makes custom sized shower enclosures and get some ideas on what is available. If the section of the frame above the door is screwed in place, take it to them. Shower door assemblies are often just screwed together and have hidden brackets. You might be able to get some pieces of frame and the necessary parts to modify the existing.
Do you know who the manufacturer is? Our shower enclosure is made by Shower Enclosures of America or SEA for short. If you can contact the manufacturer you may be able to get what you need.
If you have at least a couple of roof trusses above, you might be able to secure something to the ceiling. May not be feasible tho. due to movement of the trailer.
Or as mentioned, make a new inverted U-shaped frame. Unless you can find the necessary shower brackets, if it were me I get it welded up. All depends on how nice you want it to look.
