all my bills come in before they are due so I can pay them on time. That is all but Sirius xm. No matter how many times I ask them they are always late.

Back to the Op. Nobody needs to wait for a paper bill that comes at the same time and is the same amount every month. Have the bank auto-cut them a check monthly using your bill pay service. You do have that, right? No, you can't enclose the customer portion of the bill (can't believe we're still doing this) in the envelope but I'm sure they can handle it.
