I will second the ask a campground owner, or even someone at a service/gas station. They are locals and know people. I was able to help a guy get a tire for his Prevost. I happen to know the only place in town that had a chance of finding him one. If he would have asked anyone in the area likely he would have gotten the same answer. Ask the locals we know people. I will nearly always stop and offer help to an RVer that has issues. Most of the time they have already called ERS, or have a plan already worked out, but sometimes help is needed.
I look out for the RV on the road, I hope that if I need help someday a fellow RVer will stop and render assistance if I am in your neck of the woods.
