I always pay with my credit card....except for this time. The wife opened a new bank account and put our tax return in it so I used my new debt card. Never again.
I have left the service writer a voicemail and an email. If I don't hear a response by 3pm, I am going to try to get out of work early and drive up there. Then they will have to talk to me. It's about a hour drive for me.
I just wish I could come up with a way to caulk this myself. I just don't know how to reach the middle of the slide with the slide topper in the way.
