Slide Rubber Maintenance

What do people use on the rubber to keep it maintained ?? Do you just keep it clean, or do you need to keep it lubricated ?? If so, with what ??
Would appreciate any and all info and advise. Thanks

  • I use Silicone Spray Lube on all the rubber seals. It seems to keep the slide seals softer and flexible and sliding smoothly.

There is a spray on Foaming product sold at Camping World and other RV supply stores, I use it, it is supposed to keep the rubber soft and lubricated, don't know if it really works, but I feel better using it LOL....

It is a Protect All product. I had a chattering slide...both in and out. I cleaned the seals and treated them and it is smooth like butter now!

    Yes, that's it....
