Hey Dave, while the link you provided shows the product for the metal slideout use (slide arms/teeth), members need to scroll down a bit on that page, to see the 3 in 1 lube for slideout seals.
After scrolling, you can also see the similar product that I use on the seals, and any other rubber gaskets. It is the Thetford brand, and works great for me! I'm sure most 3 in 1 products are of good quality too!
I put the seal lube on the wipers too, makes the top wiper turn/roll better when moving slide in/out. After using the seal conditioner on the side wipers, and letting it soak in/dry, I then put powder on the side wipers, which allows them to glide against the slide more readily.
I also use ProtectAll polish on the slide sides, including the windows, which helps wiper to slide operation. Lots of little things can add up to a noticeable difference! :C
