Slide Topper on a Rear Slide

We have toppers on all four of our slides. They keep leaves and stuff off the top of the slide.

The tops of the slides stay fairly dry, but the sides of the slides still are wet when we close up in the rain. We just wipe down the sides when we bring them in.

EDIT: I just looked at your floor plan....how far does your bed slide out extend? Dometic slide toppers go up to 42". Other brands may be different.

I wondered the same thing when we had our Jayco Jayfeather with the rear slide. We sold it before I did any real research on it though.
