If you're a carpenter you can do it. I've replaced large areas of rotted flooring and I'm not a master carpenter by any means. Remove all of the coverings and get down to bare wood. Assess the damaged area and cut it out to good wood with a multi tool. The multi tool will allow you to cut up to edges, etc. I've found that 1" treated plywood is the same thickness of most floors in RV's. On the underside affix a board to the good wood and let it extend into the opening so that you can screw the new piece into it, kind of like repairing a hole in sheetrock. Use a little thin set to fill any gaps and replace the flooring. No problem.
