I just rebuilt with good solid clear wood untreated. Glue and screw all joints.
What caused the leak on yours? Was it the window?
On the back wall it appeared to leakage around the recessed tail lights. The floor was leakage through the gas line opening for the H/W tank, that also took the lower back 1/3 of the drivers wall.
We knew when we bought it that the last 6' of the floor was very soft!!

This is the last six feet all bad stuff removed.

This is how I supported the rear of the trailer while we slid the new section of floor into place.
It was a lot of work, but well worth it, we used this 5er for three years, to see if we really wanted to hit the road again, we did, and we sold it for about what we had into it for materials.
