Right now I am in the process of removing the sheet metal. I was wondering how hard it would be to remove the holding tanks. Seems like a simple matter of unscrewing the toilet flange and unbolting the straps. Not sure about the grey water tank, but the blackwater tank should give me access to the underneath far enough to get to the affected area and do some of the repairs.
