slight water damage on floor please help

the previous owner of my RV had a vent break which allowed some water to enter the bathroom and has developed a slight soft spot on the very corner of the rv. I would like to attempt to repair that portion of the floor but was wondering what's the best way to remove the commode and cabinet with sink. its only soft about 2 inches from the corner and something I'm willing to live with but would like to fix it
