Smallest class C ever?

I think I've seen them smaller in Asia, built on the back of the pedal-powered tricycles used as trucks in the cities. This one is comparatively large, luxurious, with much heavier construction.

So a long way from "world's smallest" but maybe smallest in the U.K.
