snoring

I'm sure I am not the only one who has trouble falling asleep because their spouse snores very loud. Please share your solutions. I have tried an electric fan on the highest setting, ear plugs but I can hear what sounds like my pulse in my ear, so that is as bad as the snoring, sound machine did not block out snoring. Thanks for the help.

    Nerf bat. If he (or she) doesnt smack you back, it will work wonders. Just remember it's snore, smack, duck. LOL

    The person snoring needs to be medically checked for cause of snoring and then have that problem corrected.....surgery, mouth piece, C-Pap etc.
    Snoring is a signal something isn't right.

    In the mean time....quick, short jab to the ribs. Then act stupid....Whaaaat :B

    Noise canceling headphones with music. I can't even hear myself snore.

    Take the snorer in for a sleep study. I have had THREE husbands tell me I snore like a train.....I ignored the first 2 and then thought I'd better listen to #3. :) I have sleep apnea and snoring is a sign. It can cause so many problems including heart problems. I have a CPAP, it's not a turn-on at night, but I don't snore anymore :) :)

    The Z-Quiet (piece of plastic ), sold on the infomercials worked for me and the price has come down lately. Just a slight realignment of the jaw worked wonders and after a few weeks muscle memory kicked in and I almost never need it anymore. My bride is a happy camper. :B
