Having been severely beaten up on this Forum a while back for daring to suggest that a simple device, in my case the Z-Quiet, might actually work (and it it did by the way), please consider the simple fact that not every one who snores has sleep Apnea. There are many variables that impact snoring from allergies to what body position you sleep in. No one on this Forum can diagnose your individual medical condition (though many try). :S
The best advice that has been offered is to simply see your doctor if you are having a problem. Intermittent snoring may or may not be the sign of a serious problem. Want to sleep better? Find an activity in bed that releases a lot of endorphins.... works for me.
