DH has previously had a broken nose and because of the way it healed has limited /narrowed airway opening. We tried the Breathe Right strips and they actually work for him. They pull the airway open a little more which allows normal breathing while sleeping. We now buy the off brand ones at Walmart and they work just as well but cost less.
