BUT.. As I said, (And others echoed) Snoring can be a symptom of a more serious problem and it IS the cure for that problem. As it happens (I've done the sleep study) I do not have that problem.
Frankly.. The study, even though the results were "Negative" was worth the time and effort.. Cause I rest more comfortable knowing I do NOT have the problem.. But that too is another story.
The study is the only way to find out if you have the larger problem and need the PAP machine.
Sure surprised 2 of my doctors though :).
