Had my Sleep study been positive for Apena, I'd have chosen a 12 volt model.
Thankfully it was negative. Which pleases me no end.
Even if you choose a 120 volt model.. My RV has up to 2,000 watts of 120 volt when running on batteries.. Just a matter of flipping a switch to feed it to the bedroom (And pushing a couple buttons to keep the Fridge, which is on the bedroom circuit, from running the batteries down).
