Many of the C-pap's have adapters so you can use them on 120 or 12 volt. Most have heated tanks you put water in and that really needs the 120. We run with out water in our 12 volt rigs.

My Respironics CPAP unit uses 120v AC, but it's power unit steps down to a 12v DC transformer, that can be used in your RV 12v DC system. I also have a separate portable 12v DC battery that can power the unit for a couple of days (without the heated humidifier).
