"so called big rig friendly rv parks"

Sorry folks but I'm really P O D About this about big rig friendly rv park thing. Made reservations at park in Seattle area "yes your rig will fit" (38 ft MH 20 ft trailer) Get there they have amnesia about the trailer, the park has rvs stacked like cord wood, no room to move a pinto with a pop up let alone our rig. We as a group should ask that those who publish these books (Good Sams is one) verify ingress egress etc.

Ps: The park we are at is called maple grove RV resort Everett WA.
  • I also wonder sometimes who is approving the big rig friendly. Most don't consider the width of the roads, access in and out, ability to back in without worrying about a huge tree on the corner, low hanging branches and tight turning radiuses to name a few. It isn't just is the length of the site, it is all else as well.
